Born in Providence, RI he was the son of Peggy Grullon and Roberto Cepin.
Pablo was a student at the Meeting Street School.
He was the brother of Alexis Grullon; grandson of Margarita Grullon and Glady Grullon; nephew of Dennisse, Josefina, Henry and Juan Grullon and cousin to many.
His funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.
