Born in Pawtucket she was the daughter of the late George and Mary ( Tennian ) Kennedy.
Patricia was a cosmetologist for Jordon Marsh and J. C. Penny for many years before her retirement.
Patricia is survived by her children, Arthur P. Mills of Coventry and Kelly E. Mills of Providence and 2 nieces.
She was the sister of the late George Tennian
Services were private and at the convenience of the family.
