Pawtucket Patti Ann Gay, 58, of Byron Avenue, died Tuesday, September, 4, 2012, at Steere House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Robert S. Gay, Sr. and Genevieve (Mulholland) Gay. Patti Ann was a technician at Rhode Island Hospital for over thirty-five years before retiring due to illness. She leaves a brother, Robert S. Gay, Jr., and two nephews, Shawn Gay and Edmond Martin. She was a sister of the late Charles Gay and Kenneth Gay.The funeral service will be held Tuesday evening, at 5:30 pm, during visiting hours, which will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886 in her memory will be appreciated.
