North ProvidencePaul A. Smith, 55, of Howard Avenue, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 1, 2015 at The Miriam Hospital. He was the husband of Emma L. (Marcano) Smith, for the past 6 years.Born in Providence, he was a son of Charles Smith and the late Constance L. Bruneau.Paul was a driver and transporter for the Hopkins Manor Nursing Home in North Providence for the last 13 years. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Austin G. Tomlinson, and two brothers, Mark A. Smith and Joseph A. Bruneau.Visiting hours will be held on Friday evening, March 6, 2015, from 6 - 8 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited.
