Peter N. Martineau, 64, passed away August 29, 2021. Born in Providence, he was the son to the late William and Grace (Waters) Martineau, father of Peter Martineau and Nicole Stewart and her husband Lamont; brother of Charles Martineau and his wife Leslie and the late William Martineau, Nancy Sullivan, James Martineau, Jacqueline Martineau, and Judith Carchia, grandfather of Giannah Martineau, Peter Martineau Jr and Davonte Rubiano.
Peter worked as a machinist at Electric Boat and more recently property management. Peter enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and being a father to his children. Peter was an avid sports fan, especially of the Patriots and Celtics.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 7th 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence with a service at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
