

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Philip A. Sr. and Anna (Scialdone) Boscalia, and had been the husband of Geraldine M. (Allen) Boscalia for 60 years.
Mr. Boscalia had worked in the import/export business as the Vice President of Sales for the J.F. Moran Co. for 22 years before retiring, previously working for Sheldahl, Inc. and the St. Regis Paper Co. He was a graduate of LaSalle Academy and Bryant College, had been the former President of the World Trade Club, and had served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was also an avid golfer and skier.
Besides his wife, he leaves his children, Geraldine B. Critz, Anne M. Stevens and her husband Mark; four grandchildren, Carl P. and Kenneth A. Critz, Jason M. and Nicholas P. Stevens.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 5-8 p.m. with a funeral service on Friday at 8:15 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:15 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, followed by burial with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
