

Durigan, Philip J. Jr., 66, of Boston Neck Road, passed away Sunday at Home and Hospice Care Center of RI in Providence. He was the husband of Patricia A.( Kirk) Durigan. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Philip J. and Marion R. (O'Neill) Durigan, Sr. Phil was the owner of Twin Willows on Boston Neck Rd in Narragansett for 25 years. He was a member of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of South County, the Narragansett Lions and the Sons of Irish Kings. He was a United States Air Force veteran serving in the Vietnam War from 1963-1967. He was a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post #183. Besides his wife of 38 years, he leaves a son, David K. Durigan of East Greenwich and a daughter, Sheri A. O'Neill and her husband Paddy of Pawtucket, a sister Joan Shields of Narragansett and a granddaughter, Hannah Marion O'Neill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00am in Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Road, South Kingstown. Burial, with military honors, will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours, Thursday, 4-8 pm in the Russell J.
