Born in East Providence, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Elsie (Norwood) Mitchell. She was a resident of Barrington, RI for 45 years and also resided in Orleans, MA.
Priscilla was a graduate of East Providence High School, Class of 1950.
She was a secretary at Providence Gas and for many years she was an administrative assistant at Girl Scouts of RI.
She was the loving mother of David Brown, Lori Terry, and the late Kerry Brown; cherished grandmother of Kelly Hernandez and Michael, Joel, Rachel, Kevin, and Daniel Brown; and sister of the late George Mitchell and Martha Lowensohn.
Her visitation will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 9:00-9:30 a.m. in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Ave, Providence. Burial will follow in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
