BUKHGALTER, RASHEL (Shteiner), 81, of Cranston, died Monday, June 11, 2012. She was the wife of the late Efim Bukhgalter. Born in Odessa, Ukraine, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Ida Shteiner. Rashel was an active volunteer at the Cranston Senior Center. She is survived by her daughter, Elena Delman of Cranston and her granddaughters Stephanie and Gennifer Delman. Her funeral service will be held TODAY, June 13th at 10 AM at Sugarman-Sinai Memorial Chapel, 458 Hope St., Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cranston Senior Center. Shiva will be private.
