Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of the late Stephen and Hannah (Prosser) Sheridan.
Richard leaves behind many friends including Pauline, Justin, Courtney and Jeffrey Marshall of Cranston.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a prayer service at 1:30 pm. Burial will be private.
