Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Amedeo and Mary (Volante) Coletti and brother of the late Benjamin and Russell Coletti.
Robert had worked in the jewelry industry for many years before retiring. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was very close with his two brothers, especially Russell who he took care of for many years before Russell’s passing in 2012. Bobby was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed many Sunday afternoon dinners of spaghetti and meatballs and playing ball with his cousins.
He is survived by many cousins and close friends.
His visitation will be held Friday, October 3, 2025 at 9:00 am in the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St Ann’s Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial with Military Honors to follow in R.I. Veteran Cemetery.
