Born in Providence a son of the late Frederick R. and Lena (DeStefano) Lazzareschi. Brother of Frederick “Fred” Lazzareschi. Devoted father to Sherry A. Araujo and her husband Domingo, and Marita A. Whitty and her late husband William. Cherished grandfather to, Amanda, Tori, Alexis, Aaron, Isaiah, and Luis. Great grandfather to Ember.
Throughout his career as a salesman, Robert cultivated numerous connections that blossomed into enduring friendships. He possessed a natural talent for storytelling and cherished spending time with his beloved canine companions, engaging in automotive repairs, and immersing himself in musical melodies. His preferred pastime was dining at Twin Oaks.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visitation Friday, January 24, 2025, starting at 9 am, followed by a funeral home service starting at 10 am in the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence.
Entombment in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston will be private.
