Robert R. Reynolds

North Providence: Reynolds, Robert R., 74, of Smithfield Road, passed away on Sunday at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of Pauline M. (Lambert) Reynolds.Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Eugene and Helen (Toher) Reynolds.Bob was an Associate Director of Computer Instruction for the Pawtucket School System and later was an Adjunct Professor at Community College of Rhode Island for 16 years until he retired. He was a former President of the Alliance Blackstone Valley Federal Credit Union.He served in the Rhode Island Army National Guard for 10 years and was a member of Finnegan Council Knights of Columbus #111 in Providence.Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Christopher J. Reynolds, Mary Ellen LaFazia, Karen C. Granger and Maureen A. Morris; three brothers, Paul, David and James Reynolds, two sisters, Patricia Duffy and Anne Dunn, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Michael Reynolds.His funeral will be held on Saturday at 7:30 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am in St. Patrick Church, Smith St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
