Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Walter and Helen (McKenna) Robitaille.
Bob was a Building Supervisor for AISPO of Johnston for 14 years before retiring. Previously, he worked for the Ciba Geigy Corp and he also served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
He was the father of Steven R. Robitaille and brother of Richard F. Robitaille, Beverly Magnuski and the late Walter Robitaille, Jr., Donald Robitaille and Marie Barboza.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Road, Johnston.
