Ronald Rounds

Ronald Rounds, 55, passed away at home on March 15, 2018 after a courageous battle with ALS. He was the beloved husband to Julia (Clow) Rounds for 33 years. He was the son of Raymond Rounds and the late Shirley (Mello) Rounds. He is survived by his two sons, Sean and Greg, his three daughters, Becky, Julie and Meaghan, his brothers, Raymond Jr. and Scott Rounds, and his sisters, Elaine Souza, Maureen Janicki, and Nancy Santiago. He was the proudest Papa to Paityn, Lillianna, Andrew and Elizabeth Rounds. Ronald was born in Pawtucket and graduated with his Master’s degree from Rhode Island College. He was a beloved teacher at Exeter-West Greenwich High School where he taught English and Multimedia Production to hundreds of students for over 28 years. He was an avid racquetball player, Detroit sports teams fan, bass guitar player and a man of deep, Christian faith. His wife was his angel, his kids were his pride and his grandkids were his joy.
