She was the wife of the late Roy L. Espeut. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Ellen (Welch) Anderson.
Ruth was the loving mother of Richard Espeut and his wife Sharyn O’Leary, June E. Herland and Jacqueline M. Espeut; beloved grandmother of Matthew Espeut and his partner Melody, Adam Espeut and his wife Morgan, Erik Herland and his partner Alaina, and Robyn Giachelli; cherished great-grandmother of Jade, Perri, Patrick, Abel and Dylan Espeut. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
She was the grandmother of the late Kendra O’Leary-Espeut and Justin Coyle; mother-in-law of Steven Herland; and sister of the late Albert Anderson, Claire Nicholson, Virginia Aguiar, Gladys Shockeroo, and John Anderson.
