She was the daughter of the late John and Marie (DeNinno) Polce; wife of the late Alphonse Carosi Jr., who passed in 1975, and Silvio Casale, who passed in 2011; mother of David A. Carosi, Kenny R. Carosi Sr. and Kevin J. Carosi Sr., and his wife Holly Carosi. She was grandmother of 6 and the great-grandmother of 10 and sister of the late Joe, Pompeo, Ralph, Nicky, and Mikey Polce, and Connie Martino.
Sally had worked as a Quality Control Inspector for Nyman Manufacturing Co. for many years before moving onto the kitchen of LaSalle High School becoming Sally the Pizza Lady at the schools Corner Pizzeria.
Funeral services and burial in St. Francis Cemetery will be private.
