He was the strong and loving father of Michael A. Esposito and Donna M. Esposito and cherished grandfather of Sofia and lifelong friend of Lawrence Colaluca. He was also the brother of Camille Schifino.
Sal fought and survived a multitude of major medical issues, among them, stage 4 esophageal cancer. It was his unwavering love for his family and the grace of God that carried him through 20 years from his initial diagnosis.
He was a hardworking entrepreneur dedicated to providing for his family. He was kind, caring and generous, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that may be in need. He touched the hearts of many throughout his lifetime, leaving a lasting light that will shine in their hearts forever. He cherished the connections he built throughout his life creating unforgettable bonds and memories.
Sal enjoyed rides on his motorcycle with his friends and children, driving his classic cars to car shows where he would converse and bond with others of the same interest. In his last years, on days that he felt well enough, he would call his son Michael and friend Larry just to take him for a ride. He would look forward to phone calls and visits from his granddaughter Sofia and his many cherished friends and relatives. In moments like these, Sal’s care and appreciation for those he held close would truly shine through.
