He was a son of the late Samuel and Linda (DeFrancesco) DiCenzo; loving father of Carolynne DiCenzo, Lynda Venditti, and the late Michael DiCenzo; cherished grandfather of Samantha Venditti; and brother of the late Robert DiCenzo.
Visitation and funeral will be held Friday 9:30-11:00 a.m. from the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
