Born in Providence, Sandra was the daughter of the late Wheaton W. Arnold Jr. and Margaret (Ahern) Arnold. She was a devoted mother to Meaghan, George, and Christopher Gaboury, and a cherished sister to Kelly A. Rose and Timothy Arnold. She was also a loving niece to Pauline McCartney and leaves behind many adored nieces and nephews. Sandra was predeceased by her brothers, Wheaton W. Arnold III and William J. Arnold.
Sandra dedicated over 30 years of compassionate service as a CNA with Continuum Hospice and Scalabrini Villa. She also worked as a bartender for more than 25 years. A passionate New England Patriots fan, Sandra loved traveling and spending time at the casino.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 16th from 4:00-7:00 pm with her funeral on Friday, October 17th at 8:45 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
