

Sarah Elizabeth Keogh 41, of Providence, RI, and recently of Naples, FL, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 9, 2012. The daughter of Paula (Lynch) and Richard P. Keogh of Providence, Sarah also is survived by her beautiful daughters Alexandra (Lexi) Keogh and MacKenzie Hope Delilah Roeder, and by her sister and brother-in-law, Megan Keogh and Aaron Krajewski of Portland, ME. Sarah was the granddaughter of Aleta M. Keogh of Providence, formerly of Lawrence, MA, and the late Herbert W. Keogh and Joseph and Ezilda Lynch. She also is survived by her aunt and uncle, June (Lynch) and Stephen Black of Lawrence; great-aunt Marjorie Bleakley and cousins Theresa (Black) Taft and husband Dr. Drew H. Taft of Salem, NH; and April Black of Austin, TX. Sarah also is sorely missed by her loving companion Corey Daley of Billerica, MA, and his family, and by many friends and extended family members. Born in Lawrence, Sarah grew up in Providence and attended Classical High School. She was a camp counselor at the Episcopal Conference Center in Pascoag and an acolyte at Grace Episcopal Church in Providence. Sarah graduated from Johnson & Wales University with degrees in culinary arts and food marketing. Prior to illness in 2004, she worked as the head chef for Guy Abelson Catering and as a marketing associate for Hallsmith Sysco. Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 175 Mathewson St. at Westminster St. in Providence. Burial will be private.
