Born in Warwick, RI, Shirley was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Marion (Vickery) Wahl.
Shirley had been employed as an Executive Assistant, working alongside her husband.
She is survived by her sons, Ralph H. “Skip” (Deborah), and Charles D. “Chuck” (Jennifer) Mills, her grandchildren Daniel (Denise), Christopher and Connor Mills, and her great grandchildren, Daniel J., and Kennedy Mills.
Visitation, Thursday, February 6th, beginning at 11 am with a service to follow at 1 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd, Warwick. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's memory to: The Alzheimer’s Association P.O. Box 96011
