He was the son of Stephen P. Sr. and Sharon (Ross) Garofalo; husband of Evelyn (Dwyer) Garofalo; father of Stephanie, Samantha and Danielle Garofalo; and brother of Ronnie Garofalo.
Stephen had worked as a truck driver.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 5-7 p.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence.
