Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Albert J. and Mary T. (Czerwien) Johnson.
She was a registered nurse at Fatima Hospital for 27 years retiring in 2009. she adored animals, especially her dogs Buddy and Benji she loved going outside to feed the birds and deer. she also loved spending time with her granddaughter Amanda.
She was the mother of Theresa M. Charette of North Smithfield. Tammy J. Rega of Johnston, and the late Dennis M. Charette and Donald J. Charette; adored grandmother of Amanda Colacone also leaving Dennis, Michael and Christopher Charette and great grandmother of four. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and the sister of Mary Lake and the late Robert J. Johnson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Road, Johnston. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston.
