North KingstownThomas J. Hogan Jr., 63, of North Kingstown, passed away Thursday at Kent County Hospital.Born in Providence, he was a son of Angela (DiBiase) Hogan and the late Thomas Hogan. Tom was employed by the State of Rhode Island, Division of Developmental Disabilities for 35 years, and was also the Vice President of AFSCME for many years, before his retirement. Besides his mother, Angela, he leaves a sister, Rosemarie A. Pelletier and her husband Walter, and two nephews, Matthew and Nathan Pelletier.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, at 10:00 am in Saint Patrick Church, 244 Smith Street, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
