It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Walter O’Donnell, 67, of West Warwick RI. Thomas was called to rest Saturday March 19, 2022, in the loving presence of family and friends. Born on February 13, 1955, in Providence RI, Thomas was the beloved son of the late Walter O’ Donnell and Statia (née Dzedzic) O’ Donnell.
A lifelong Rhode Island resident, Thomas devoted his career to Rhode Island state service, working at the Eleanor Slater Hospital for 35 years. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents as well as his brothers Gregory O’Donnell and Terrence O’Donnell.
Thomas will be remembered for his enjoyment of time spent with family, and his appreciation of music and film. His life will be celebrated through a mass of Christian burial at 10 am Saturday April 23, 2022, at St. Pius V Catholic church, 240 Eaton Street, Providence RI.
