Timothy Louis Gormally

Timothy L.Gormally, 69, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at his home. Born in Warren, he was the son of the late John J., and Mary T. (Lord) Gormally.Tim served his country proudly with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a dedicated volunteer at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, in Providence for over 10 years. He is survived by his siblings, John M. Gormally, of Reston, VA, Mary R. Crook, of Narragansett, Leah E. Devine, of Shrewsbury, MA, and William H. Gormally of Swansea, MA; and several nieces and nephews. Tim also leaves his dear companion Carmella Read, of Cranston.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10:00 am, in Saint Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Providence, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited. Burial will be private in Maple Grove Cemetery, Westport, MA. Visiting hours will be respectfully omitted.
