

Born in Woonsocket, on July 23, 1945, he was the son of the late Matthew and Edna (Anton) Dyndur.
He was the beloved husband of the late Shirley C. (Collard) Dyndur to whom he was happily married for 58 years.
Vincent was a machinist at Industrial Machine for many years before his retirement due to his health. Vincent was an avid bowler in his younger years. He was a Mr. Fix It who could repair almost anything.
Vincent held a special place in his heart for all of his four-legged faithful companions over the years; Puddles, Hercules, Sampson, Elizabeth, Sarah, Oliver & Owen.
More than anything, Vincent loved his family. He enjoyed his coffee break with his wife each day as they shared a Dunkin Donuts coffee and donut. He enjoyed cooking and all genres of music. You could always hear him singing along. He completed countless crossword and word search puzzles, along with the daily jumble with his daughter Donna. Vincent loved all New England sports teams, a bond he shared with his daughter Deanna. He never missed a Bruins, Celtics, Patriots or Red Sox game, always decked out in his team gear. He was known as Day-O by his grandchildren. He would do arts and crafts with them for hours. He enjoyed playing board games and always played to win. He was the homework helper. He devoted all of his time to his grandchildren and was always there to lend a helpful hand. The happiness of his family was most important to him and he cherished every holiday and celebration. His favorite holiday was Christmas. He was always willing to fix the strands of lights that were faulty with a smile on his face.
During his time at the nursing home, Vincent embraced his many health issues with grace and determination. He shared his love for music and sporting events with all of his friends. He was the life of the party. He continued to create arts and crafts for his grandchildren. Vinny had a special place in his heart for his nurse and friend Melissa. She showered him with compassion and love and was a fierce advocate for his well being.
He was the loving father of Donna Davis and her husband Lincoln and Deanna Dyndur and her friend Reagan Tomasetti; cherished Pepere of Ariadne and her husband Michael Proulx, John-Paul, Amelia and Analiese Davis; great Pepere of Marco Vincent Proulx and a second grandson Enzo, who is on his way. Vincent was the brother of Walter, Pauline Ryan, Carolyn Smith, Peter and Martin. He was also the brother to the late Joseph, Paul, Marcella Degre and Stanley.
His Funeral Services and Burial will be private.
