ProvidenceCicchetti, Virginia, 93, formerly of Riveredge Apartments, Manton Avenue, died Tuesday at the Elmwood Nursing Home, Providence. She was the wife of the late Mario Cicchetti. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Procaccini) Cammisa, she was a lifelong city resident. Mrs. Cicchetti was a solderer for the former Uncas Manufacturing Company for many years. She was a communicant of Saint Thomas Church, Providence. Virginia leaves a sister, Frances Peretzian, of Cranston, and several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Marco Cammisa, John Cammisa, Lena Lango, Josephine DeMasi, Constance Maresca, Etta Adesso and Angelina Croce. The funeral, and visitation, will be held Thursday, at 8:00 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Thomas Church, Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
