I am deeply saddened to find out about Uncle Billy's passing. I loved my uncle very much and I am so sad that I did not know of this terrible loss. He was a man if deep honor and integrity and possessed many traits that can not be learned or bought, but come from the deep sense of humanity. The entire Coppola Family will be deep in our prayers. Rest in Peace Uncle Billy. You had such a positive effect in my life.

Billy, MR COPPOLA to us kids, visited my parents every Saturday for years. I grew up at Windmill and Hopkins with Eddie and knew the other brothers for they lived behind us on Jaspar and us on Luke Street . Even after my father Joe died in 2016 Billy came to the wake and he still visited now and then. We moved North End and never heard again . But he was so funny with his stories as adults we looked forward to. Billy like to reminisce often when the North End were all like family.
Thanks for the memories . Our condolences to the entire family.

My mother and brothers wish to thank everyone for their kind words about Dad. He will be missed by us all. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who could attend the service, and to those who were able to attend following reception. It was especially good for our Mom to see the kindness of all. Once again; thank you.

I have so many fond memories of my early childhood on Smart Street when you all lived on Jasper St. My father, Bob Coppola, was Billy's cousin. Like my father, Billy was also a man who loved his family above all else. My heart goes out to Anna, her sons, and the rest of the family. 🙏🙏🙏

Billy worked with my uncle, Joe Lasorsa, at Ralston Plastering for many, many years. Billy would be there at my aunt and uncle's house visiting many a time while I was there playing with my cousins. He always had a smile on his face and a big, boisterous laugh and voice - he was a person you remembered and a person who would always recognize you. I, for one, will never forget him and all the memories of those visits so long ago.
May all your best memories of him stay with you......

My most sincere sorrow to the Coppola family on the passing of your dad. I worked with Bill during the summers of the 1960s at Ralston Plastering, and always reminisced of those days when ever he came to visit me at my home.

My most fond moments were those Saturday mornings when he would stop to visit with family and share coffee with us. My mother and grandmother especially enjoyed his visits.

Bill was a sweet and gentle man and will be missed.

Dad was a good husband to our Mom and a good father to us. A very hard and conscientious worker. Better praise I don’t know of.
