

Aaron E. Beisel, 80, passed from this life from pneumonia on Oct. 11, 2017, in Pueblo, Colo. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley (Schnabel); and his two children, Dan (Kristine) and Geula Sherman (James); grandchildren, Joseph (Lauren), Dustin and Michele; great-grandchildren, Niko, Kai and Sofia; his brother, Buster; nieces, Judy Scott (Charles), Amy Pilger (John), Juanita Hibpshman (David), Jolene Mendrinos (Tony); and many great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gotfred and Juliann (Weber) Beisel; his sister, Velma Richardson, her husband, Leo "Red"; and sister-in-law, Ada Frances Beisel; son-in-law, James Sherman. He was born Nov. 25, 1936, in Mar-ion, Kan., to immigrant parents who were born in Argentina. Both families originated in Germany, and lived in Russia for some time. He graduated from Marion High School, then joined the Navy. After serving seven years in active duty, he joined the Navy Reserve and retired as an E7, chief petty officer. He supported his dear family, in Pueblo Colo., with many career paths: Culligan Water, Sears Roebuck, Pueblo Dog Track and Trane Manufacturing. Gathering, luncheon, open to family and friends, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 21, 2017, Family Worship Center, 2800 Parker Blvd. Funeral service, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., at Adrian Comer Funeral Home, 2710 N. Elizabeth. Post service, graveside inurnment with military rites at Imperial Memorial Gardens, 5450 Highway 78 West. We all love you and wish you rest in peace.
