Alan Gene "Big Al" Head

Alan Gene “Big Al” Head, 62, was at home surrounded by loved ones when he went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2018, after a long battle with kidney cancer. Al started Al’s Backflow Service with his wife and two sons. He also worked at ABC plumbing for about 20 years. He was a skilled craftsman, loved spur of the moment family adventures, and was a classic “Family Man”. He was preceded in death by wife, Rosanne Head; and parents, Delvin Head and Victoria Macias. He is survived by children, Normagene (John) Ricci, Victor (Emily) Head, and Adam (Melodie) Head; grandchildren, Elias, Aspen, Dillon, Anthony, and Jane; siblings, Marty Head, Georgene Kruzel, and Patrick Head. Viewing will be at 5 p.m., on Friday, February 9, 2018, followed by Rosary at 6 p.m., both to be held at T.G. McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, at the Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church.
