Alan Lynn Stanko

Alan graduated from South High School, Pueblo in June 1977.

In June of 1979 he married Rita Skubie. They were blessed with two sons, Adam (Olivia) and Brian (Deborah) Nicholson..

He later married Karen Renville in August of 1994. She has Four Sons Joe (Jamie) , Jason (Marta), Clayton, and Doug.

Alan worked for Maxcor and CF& l in Colorado Springs…he started his own business doing CNC machining ,he later went to work in Louisiana for Exxon making parts using CNC machining.

At a younger age Alan enjoyed Boy Scouts, motorcycles, hang gliding and riding his Harley Bike. He had attended Harley gatherings in Sturgis, South Dakota. He had a ready laugh, a great sense of humor, enjoyed time with is family and sitting on his porch talking with neighbors.

Alan is survived by his wife Karen, sons, Adam(Olivia), Brian(Deborah) Nicholson. Stepsons, Joe(Jamie), Jason(Marta), Clayton, and Doug. Sister Debra(Ronald ) Young, Nieces Vicky( Andrew)Assaranattanakul, Karen Young, 16 Grandchildren and several cousin.

He is preceded in death by his parents John and Ethel Stanko.

Interment will be at Imperial Gardens Pueblo, Colorado June 19, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.

Celebration picnic June 20th Colorado Springs Colorado.
