Alexander Mathew Trujillo was born November 22, 1997 and passed away April 14, 2022. Alexander is survived by his mother Leighann Zamarripa, father John Paul Zamarripa, and biological father Christopher Mathew Moran; grandmother Mary Helen Trujillo and grandfather John Edward Zamarripa. He will be joined in heaven with grandfather Claude David Trujillo and grandmother Lorenza Zamarripa. Alexander is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of the family.
Alexander attended South High School and Centennial High School Heath Academy. He earned an Associate Degree from Pueblo Community College and was a board-certified Pharmacy Tech. He was No. 15 and played quarterback at the former Pitts Middle School and South High School. Alexander loved animals, football, video games, and music. He had a special place in his heart for the homeless and all needy and disadvantaged persons. He was a kind, considerate, generous soul.
The Rosary (9:30 A.M.) and Mass of the Resurrection (10:00 A.M.) will be held Monday, April 25 at Our Lady of the Meadows Catholic Church, 23 Starling Drive, Pueblo, Colorado 81005. Please wear cheerful spring colors in celebration of the Resurrection of Our Lord; and Alexander’s life and entry to Heaven.
