Alicia May Pryor (Chica) was born on December 18, 1977, in Pueblo, Colorado, and passed away on October 17, 2024. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Kelly, as well as her grandparents, Robert Pryor, Eugene Rupp, and Dorthy Beckhart. Alicia was a complex individual; people either loved her or hated her, with no in-between. She was genuine and stood up for her beliefs.
Alicia cherished her family above all else. If you were close to her, you knew there was nothing she wouldn’t do to help you, even at the expense of her own needs. She truly had an unselfish heart.
Alicia had a passion for water and loved to gamble, go camping, fish, and get lost on road trips with her sister, niece, and her beloved road dog, Deebo, whom she loved more than most people.
She is survived by her father, Don (Rene) Pryor; her mother, Lorretta (Wayne) Pryor; her sisters, Shawndee Baker and Mindy Pryor; her niece, Mia Pryor; her nephew, Darryn (Madi) Pryor; and her special friends who will miss her dearly. At Alicia's request, cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held. “That’s what she said.”
Donations can be made to The American Heart Association under Alicia's name.
