Antonia Ruiz Maisel, 92. Her gentle soul returned to the heavens Aug. 26, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Maisel, Sr.; daughter Linda; parents, Papa Camilo and Mama Feliz; and sisters, Teresa and Frances Ruiz. Survived by children: Aurora (Pedro, Sr.) Nival; Jennie (James) Brody; Christina Maisel; Al (Deborah) Maisel; Josephine Kramer; Fred (Marylou) Maisel, Jr.; Debra (Alan) Rocco; and Geraldine Maisel; brother-in-law, John Maisel; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, great-great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will also be missed dearly by her constant companion, her cat Buster. Visitation 1 – 4 pm Thursday at Imperial Funeral Home. Services, St. Mary Church: Rosary Recitation, 6 pm Thursday and Funeral Mass, 10 am Friday. Interment, Roselawn. Antonia devoted her life to her children, and will be loved and missed forever. She was the last blood of the mighty Azteca. Thank you mom! Vaya con Dios, Mamacita.
