He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou, his infant son Steve,Jr., his great grandson Desmond H. Garcia, his parents and three brothers.
He is survived by his children Rhonda (Gary) Martinez, Roxanne (Alan) Aldred, Brenda (Al) Cole, Steve (Dianne) Garcia, Eric (Christie) Garcia; 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
We will miss his morning wake up charge, "Burning Daylight". His famous family whistle, his service oriented, hard working, fun loving spirit and his loving dedication to his enormous family.
