Aspen "SISTER" Jones-Kirkendall,19, of Rye, passed away on Friday February 23, 2018. Aspen was born October 29, 1998. Aspen is preceded in death by her sister Jacelyn Marie and brother Devin Jones. Our beautiful daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend was taken from us too soon. In Aspen's life, she touched so many lives for the better. She left smiles and memories everywhere she went. Her favorite things were family, friends, her horse Lakota and of course her dog, Denim. She was the light of our world and will be deeply missed. God picks his favorite flowers first. Aspen is survived by her parents Chad and Amanda Kirkendall and Josh Jones; siblings Malynda, Colton and Logan; grandparents William and Marilyn Wilson, Gary and Carol Johnson, Mike and Donna Kirkendall and Cheryl McPherson; as well as numerous extended family members, friends and loved ones.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 4th at 1pm with her service to follow at First Church of the Nazarene 84 Stanford Ave in Pueblo.
