Barbara Fern Ramsey, 84, passed away on March 1, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milfred H. Ramsey; and daughter, Susan Paige. Barbara is survived by her son, David (Patricia) Ramsey; son in-law, Tiny Paige; four grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
