Rip Dad Salazar!!! always and forever in our hearts!!

My prayers are with all the family. Ben will be sadly missed but we all know he loved the Lord and will be in Heaven. He never had anything bad to say about anyone, he always had a open door for visitors and always made you feel welcomed in his home. He was one who could make you laugh no matter what it was about. He welcomed me even though I was no longer married to his brother. Brother Ben I will see you in Heaven when the Lord calls me home also. To the family, Take care and May the Lord comfort you and Bless you.


There were a lot of great memories I have of my grandfather, but my favorite one was when I was around 3 or 4, everyone was sitting around grandpa. He was singing to us with the most beautiful voice, I can't remember the song but I remember what it sounded like. The one thing I will miss the most about grandpa is it didn't matter if he saw you an hour ago he always told you how much he loved you with a great big hug and a kiss. Grandpa Ben was the most wonderful man I have ever met and it's going to be hard going day to day without him or even to hear his voice on the other line. I know he is happy and smiling down on us and waiting in heaven for each and every one of us. I love you Grandpa with all my heart and soul and I will see you again in the kingdom of God.
