Betty Jean Pace, 73. We lost our dear wife and mother unexpectedly May 19, 2011. She is preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Rose Palizzi; sister, Mary DeLuca; brother, Sam Palizzi; and in-laws, Nick and Mary Pace. Survived by her loving husband of 55 years, James A. Pace; son, Dino Pace; grandchildren, Chandler and Macey Pace; sisters, Clara (Andy) Pantaleo and Pat (Gary) Pace; brothers-in-law, Joe (Gwen) Pace, Nick (Linda) Pace, and Robert Pace; sister-in-law, Judy Latka; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Betty worked at the Pueblo Army Depot, the US Forest Service, and the Government Printing Office, for a total of 37 years of government service. Visitation 2 – 4 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Service 10 am Monday at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
