BETTY SANCHEZ-PACHECO, 72, went to her eternal home on May 14, 2013. Preceded in death by the love of her life husband, Joe Pacheco, Jr.; parents, Willie and Bennie (Maestas) Sanchez; dog Spike; and numerous family members and friends. Survived by children, Charlotte Vigil (Richard Gonzales), Becky Atencio (William Cummings), Robert (Marguerite) Atencio and Jesus Pacheco; brother, Bill (Susie) Sanchez; sisters, Sylvia (Leroy) Roybal and Susan (Vince) DelaGarza; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; 3 god children and her beloved pet, Lulu. Betty so very dearly loved and depended on her lifelong guardian angel, her sister, Susan. She enjoyed researching genealogy, reading, quilting, gardening, restoring antiques, crossword puzzles, crocheting, and embroidering baby blankets. A Celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel. Following the service Betty will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Joe at Imperial Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
