Betty Vincent, 89, entered life April 9, 1924; and entered eternal life January 3, 2014. Betty was a 4-H leader for many years. She was the superintendent of the Pantry Division at the Colorado State Fair. She also worked as a bookkeeper for Colorado Printing and CF&I. Betty won “Homemaker of the Year” for the Colorado Extension Homemakers in 1981. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Vincent. Betty is survived by two children, Wayne (Kathy) Vincent and Elaine Vincent; grandchildren, Shanda (Larry) Russell and Sherry (David) Veres; great-grandchildren, Summer Sandoval and Davilynn Veres. Memorial Service will be 2 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014, at Wesley United Methodist Church.
