Beverly Jean Mitchell passed away peacefully at her home, February 25, 2022, after a long valiant fight with cancer. "Bev" was born in New York, raised in California and then moved to Colorado where she raised a family and lived her remaining days. Bev loved to knit, going to watch the Rockies and took great pride in her Italian heritage. She worked as a bookkeeper, tax preparer and also bartended at the Eagles Club of Pueblo. Beverly is survived by the love of her life, Bob Yacovelli; her children, Diana (Toby) Lambeth, Angela (Marvin) Fleming and Christopher (Amy) Mitchell; beloved dogs, Pearl and Kyra; cherished grandchildren; great grandchildren and loving cousins. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 3rd at Imperial Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sangre de Cristo Hospice or PAWS.
