Charles “Charlie” G. Walls, 83, passed away April 27, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Walls, in 1983; brother, Paul; and sister, Fern Rice. He is survived by his son, Charles (Dixie) Walls; grandchildren, Spree and Tyler Walls; longtime companion, Sue Owens; and several nieces and nephews. Charlie served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for CF & I as an electrician, and retired after 35 years of service. However, in his heart home was always in Ethel, Missouri, where he was born. Viewing will be 3-6 p.m., Wednesday, at TG McCarthy Funeral Home.
