Aunt Cindy, I will miss you and will continue to think back on you fondly for the rest of my life. I see much of you in myself, sometimes even the pieces I don't always want to look at with open arms. You spent a lot of time reminding me I was loved and always seen, especially when I was a young teen girl trying to understand the world. I know you fought many internal battles and we did not always see eye to eye at the end of your life but I never, ever stopped loving you. I hope that you are now in a place filled with peace, love and all the dog kisses you could ever want. Thank you for wearing multiple hats for me over the years; you were my cheerleader, my best friend, my giggle buddy and always a confidant for me. I will cherish the time we spent together for the rest of my life and I will tell my kids about my brave Aunt Cindy one day.  Say hi to Nana for me, and we will take care of Papa. I love you

Sending my deepest condolence to Jim and the family, I grew up across the street from Cindy and it was always wonderful watching her with that happy smile and that happy face, and then life went  on time went by, then once again, the Lord allow us to become special friends as grown- ups. She was a sister that I never had. She was my confidant. We were there for each other and it was just a pleasure having her in my life. I am so thankful I got the opportunity to build a relationship with Cindy! We connected on so many levels!! She always encouraged me to dream big and to never settle for less. I’m so thankful for our friendship, always a person to count on and a shoulder to learn on when needed!  She gave me some plant cuttings back in 2018 and I still have that plant and it’s thriving today. I love you Cindy 💛

Cindy, I met you in 1982. You came into my life with a smile and a warm heart.. I never met anyone with so much zest for life. Over the course of many  years of friendship,  our families made memories that are unforgettable. 
We had so many great summers together and then extra special visits in between. 
We shared  laughs, we shared tears , we  grew together as we maneuvered  motherhood ..
I will always hold you close to  my heart. 💖 

And always remember close the door so  the kitties can’t get  out. ! That will always be our little secret.. ❤️.

On this day, Cindy chased me down in her back alley to introduce my dog Ryder to her dog Zeus. It was an introduction for the dogs but turned out to be a long friendship for not only them but for us. Cindy was an amazing friend and would bend over backwards for anyone. She was there for me when I needed someone the most. I used to sit with cindy and talk (well she would talk mostly) lol and we would go on and on and on having some really great conversations. She has been a huge support in my life and pushed me to be better and greater than I thought I could.  As one of her care takers for her garden I will say she was obsessed with it and I think that’s where we really connected. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to spend so much time with Cindy and her family. Cindy, Tiffany and I miss you so much and we love you. Rest in peace Cindy Lou.

Jim and family, my heart is heavy with grief.  There is no one I spent more time with in meaningful friendship.   From 7th grade, through high school to college away from home.  And beyond to our first apartment and adventures in Denver 1980.  We stood up in each other's weddings.   We experienced every event a life can hold, together.  We laughed hysterically, we problem solved, we cried.   We shared joy, disappointments, betrayal, forgiveness and held each other up on more than one occasion.  Your daughter was a beautiful human and I was blessed to have shared my life with her.  It is  in the imperfections that we truly see another.  I see you Fern.  I always will until we meet again.  Save me an Oreo and salty chip road trip, will ya?  I love you all and send my deepest condolences.  God speed to her and comfort to you all.

Redfern Family, we are so saddened to here of Cindy's passing.  Had the privilege of knowing and going to school with Cindy from Hellbeck thru South and calling her our friend. Our sincere condolences to the family.

I never saw you without a beautiful smile Cindy and glad we reconnected after all these years of being neighbors while growing up.  We had great times as kids, laughing and just enjoying ourselves.
