Claude Bernard "Bernie" Elliott, age 77, of Beulah, Colorado passed away on Thursday March 29, 2018. Bernie was born in Longmont, Colorado to Karl and Doris Elliott on November 22, 1940. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Elliott, his children Derick and Sairi Elliott, TaBe Spell, Gina and Henry Shumate, Brian and Dana Pacchelli, eleven grandchildren, three great grand-children, his brother Karl Leroy and Mary Beth Elliott, sister Connie and Ken Meze, sister-in-law Gwen and Dan Centa, and is preceded in death by his sister Margaret and Don Schuetz and his parents.
Bernie retired as a Cooperative Extension agent in 2003 after 35 years of service to 4-H and the community. He loved spending time with his wife, family and many friends. He had a special way with kids and most enjoyed building close relationships with all of his grandchildren. Bernie led a very active life including running, riding mules, biking and skiing. Bernie was a humble and caring man that was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He will be missed but always remembered.
Viewing: 4-7 PM April 5th at Imperial Gardens in Pueblo. Celebration of Life: 10 AM, April 6th at Grandview Baptist in Beulah, interment to follow with a reception after at Grandview Baptist.
