Corrine Monica Leger, 53, left with angels to meet God on October 4th, 2023. Preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Portillos; father, Daniel Portillos; brothers; Nick Portillos and Mike Portillos; and sisters, Vicky Garcia, Connie Portillos, and Christine Portillos.
Corrine is survived by husband, Christopher Leger; children; Joseph Leger, Tyler Leger, and Heather Leger; granddaughter, Mila Leger; siblings, Daniel Portillos, Tom (Lydia) Portillos, Julie (Bob) Dominguez, Barbra Portillos, Jerry (Becky) Portillos. and Louie Portillos.
Momma had a marked way of gathering family and friends from anywhere and everywhere. She was often the first person to call on when faced with a problem, emotionally, physically, as well as financially. She had an astounding ability to ignite the neighborhood with joy and laughter. She was firm in her intentions, and had a charitable pursuit with everyone she cared for.
These qualities paved a path of excellence in her career fields. Skilled in sales, specializing in furniture, houses, insurance, and crafts. Corrine loved decorating for all occasions, watching movies with her husband, and dog, Bear. Most of all, she just loved being surrounded by those she loved.
Viewing will be from 4-6 PM, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Rosary will follow at 6 PM. Both services will be at Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM, October 18, 2023, at St. Anne's Catholic Church. 2701 E. 12th St. Pueblo, CO 81001
