David Wayne Sisneros

David graduated from Centennial High School in 1978. Throughout his working years, he was employed at Summit Brick Yard, where he eventually retired. He also worked at Parkview Hospital and the YMCA.

David was known for his easygoing, mellow nature and his kind heart. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always ready with a joke that could make those around him smile. David did not need materialistic items to live a happy and full life and what he did have he was willing to share with anyone. His generosity and selflessness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He found great joy in working in his yard and spending time outdoors. In his younger years, he was an exceptional basketball player and loved the game. He was also a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos and the Denver Nuggets.

Above all else, David treasured his family. Spending time with his children, David and Karalynn, brought him his greatest happiness. They were truly his world.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Victor Sisneros; his brothers, Anthony Sisneros and Gerald Sisneros; and his brother-in-law, Don Quintana.

He is lovingly survived by his son, David Sisneros; his daughter, Karalynn Sisneros; his brother, Henry (Carmen) Sisneros; his sisters, Maxine (Joe) Cordova, Sandra (Jon) Nededog and Annette (Jim) Gurule; his special niece, Jamie Gurule, who lovingly helped care for him; and his beloved godson, Jazaiden Gurule; and several nieces and nephews.

David will be remembered for his kindness, his generosity, his infectious sense of humor, and the love he gave so freely to his family and friends. His gentle spirit and caring heart will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services this Wednesday July 22, 2026, at 11am at Imperial Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate David's life and honor his memory and wear Denver Broncos or Denver Nuggets attire.
