Born in Colorado, he was the son of William Willy D & Eva Reeves. He attended Pleasant View. He worked for the City of Pueblo as a Policeman for 30 years.
He was a member of American Legion Post 2 & Eagles 145. He enjoyed fishing & hunting.
He is survived by Phyllis Esquibel Reeves, numerous children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
Delmer was preceded in death by his parents, William Willy D & Eva Reeves; his brother & sister-in-law, Harold & Marietta Reeves; Nephews Darren & Scott Reeves; and brother-in-law and sister Harold & Willa Walls.
Celebration of life will be Saturday, August 16th at 4:00 pm at American Legion on 9th and West St.
